Pros

Not suitable for starters since they need employees that have at least 1 year experience in any kind of field. They have good pay, and the employee/management are well mannered. I've worked in this company for almost 4 years

Cons

Sometimes that the pay is delayed. Before I was just starting the pay is delayed for 3 days straight and my benefits were not updated since the company "reasons" why they delayed my benefits.

Pros

This is my first time working for a company that offers a salary in dollars, which is a big advantage for me since not all companies provide this kind of compensation. Another positive aspect is the people I worked with. My supervisors were very approachable, patient, and supportive. My teammates were also great to work with, which made the work environment enjoyable and is one of the main reasons why employees tend to stay longer, aside from the pay.

Cons

I understand that no management is perfect, but one issue I experienced was the frequent redeployment. It can be quite sudden and unexpected when you are included in redeployment. There are also very limited accounts available in the company. so you have to be lucky to be reassigned quickly. Otherwise, you may end up on floating status without pay.
