      - Has been a great work place for many years

      - In the name making the organization lean, they layed off junior staff - Everybody is fighting for a small piece of work - Management doesn't have a direction - Not a great place to work anymore

      Now there are no pros due to management.

      Cons

      No employee benefits at all except free food two times a day. That too, is of poor quality. Regular layoffs. Over the last 2-3 years, every 6 months (usually during bonus or hike season), they lay off a huge number of skilled employees. Management doesn't take any responsibility. Doesn't look like they have any plan to revive the company.
