high-end clientele, up close and personal with all kinds of aircraft
Cons
This company is a CULT!!! You will only have job security if you play the "pretty and dumb card". Only way to move up is to go a pyramid-scheme seminar- two weeks unpaid, and on top of that, pay $2400 to go

Pros
Great technology. Nice new building. Some of the employees are great (but they will probably leave soon).
Cons
Horrible management. No understanding of the technology. New ideas are shut down. The management is only interested in good news. Mentioning a problem will get you to shut down.
