Getting an email that you didn't move a piece of business from some clown that works for World who did zero research on the why.

Excellent coworkers. Amazing claims department. Many carriers to meet client needs.

Cons

Weak and unorganized middle managers. Vague workflows. High turnover. No backfilling. No path for growth.

Good 401k match. No vesting period. Benefits overall decent. PTO. Early closures.

Cons

Training doesn't happen. Very sink or swim culture. Good young talent is wasted by management that only cares about tenure. Management is impossible to reach as is HR. Pay raises are a joke as is the performance review process. They claim to have a set structure, metrics and growth plans for employees but rate and promote on vibes only. Pay bands low for industry
