Horrible company, brings people in from out of town or state because they have a horrible reputation.

Depending on the role, the hours are sometimes long, but that is par for the course. I have worked long hours in several jobs prior to this one, it is not rare in the auto industry, in the academic environment, and others. Many younger employees, who have not found their passion may struggle with the hours.
