      Chaotic Work Environment

      Free lunch and snacks.

      Cons

      Many disconnects amongst the company especially with executive team and employees. No real set processes in place which can lead to a chaotic atmosphere and lone wolfs doing their own thing. Does not help that most of the team works remote. There is little to no marketing efforts so inbound leads are poor and few.

      Pros

      The Technology is great and a huge differentiation between a majority of the legacy incumbents. They platform itself touches a variety of infrastructure types and vendors you can really grow your wealth of knowledge in the datacenter and EUC industry.

      Cons

      There is no room to grow within the company. To many Chefs and not enough cooks, meaning a large amount of exec's but not to many manger / mid level employees. Almost zero process within the company and to many rogue employees. ZERO culture and 70% of the company works remote, which is nice, but when trying to accomplish mission critical goals it makes it nearly impossible.
