Pros

•Continual culture of inclusion and safe environment for growth and improvement •Powerful leaders who go beyond "managing" results, and care about people •Driven executive team with the highest level of commitment I have ever seen to deep goals that benefit the world, much more than just themselves •Unity among departments that work together (Marketing > Sales and visa versa especially) •Employees who work hard and drive results, but are not "numbers minded" •Very careful hiring of people who are a culture fit, methodical in interviewing approach •BEST SALES/BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT TRAINING MODEL I have ever seen! They care so much about enabling rep success it's not even funny •Every last technology needed to succeed is available, and then some •Constantly pushing the boundary in a digital transformation mindset, transforming companies, industries and lives, and as a sales person/business development with this message, I believe always that "transformation is calling" •Clear career path and opportunities for lateral and vertical growth in a company •Equality for women, races, inclusion of LGBTQ community as employees with Workfront Pride, outreach to less fortunate children, refugees, and other charitable endeavors •Great benefits! Company parties, insurance, food truck fridays •BEST IN CLASS software company, no doubt about it.

Cons

•High energy environment with lots of people who care about getting the success they know they want and deserve, which for those looking for a simple job that just pays the bills may not be appealing. You gotta work hard to be a Workfronter •With so much training/technology/instructions on important initiatives we are skilled at understanding, it's sometimes hard to know what the "MOST" important thing is •It is a big company it feels like, so it's hard to get to know other people as much as you'd like •The fact I have to pay for the food out of the break room? •I don't like the desks sometimes in the old cubicles that are here (those last two are me just looking for things to complain about since I can't think of anything else)

Pros

The perks are endless. Great tech stack, excellent leadership, and all the training you could ever need to be successful in this type of role. The sales org is really integrated and everyone works as a team, from the AE's, engineers, and team managers. Weekly 1:1's with your boss are some of the most valuable trainings you can get, and Workfront heavily emphasizes it. There's a great career path and program for advancement as well. Management does a great job of listening to their employees and implementing the best practices for us.

Cons

Can be very stressful. Job is a grind for sure. Hard to feel like you're contributing when not hitting quota.
