Salary isn't bad if you like being treated like children and muck.

They make you do reviews like this against your will to make out the company is a '' great'' place to work, look at all the reviews on the 6th September.... Funny how all the employees love the company just because of a bad review was posted prior.

*Job security *Extremely long hours/no work-life balance *Sack people too easily *A bit pretentious and over the top *Found ourselves making “fake phone calls” to hit KPI’s, where we could have used that time more effectively instead of the pressure of getting our number of calls up. Also to get call times up we felt the need to hang on to answer machines. Negative impact of micromanagement *Very stressful at times *Feeling of awkwardness whenever the director would phone into the office, we had to be very quiet, unlike any sales environment I’ve ever worked in.
