Cons
In my experience, the Sales team culture is becoming a significant weakness of the company. • Management communication within Sales frequently lacked empathy and professionalism. Comments on personal topics (such as age, living situation, or relationship status), raised voices, and sustained pressure were common during my time there. • Pipeline reviews were confrontational, often creating discomfort and discouragement rather than enabling improvement. Annual performance reviews follow a similar dynamic and can feel demoralising. • Concerns raised with HR did not result in noticeable or lasting changes to the working environment during my tenure. • The atmosphere within the French Sales team is difficult, with visible gossip, internal power dynamics, and limited intervention from management. This context can be particularly challenging for international team members, who may feel less supported and respected.
