      Nice colleagues but toxic leadership and no accountability

      Pros

      Colleagues are nice; some (emphasis on some) junior partners are lovely to work with; good files

      Cons

      Abusive bosses; abusive seniors; many platitudes about changing but no real action taken. The individuals who cause the most anxiety and abuse are usually too high up or have been here too long, and are unlikely to ever be held accountable.
