Selfish, ego-driven leaders, especially in product, sales, and marketing, all the way up to the ceo. People are promoted waaayyyyy beyond their abilities. The entire executive team is incapable of managing others let alone their own workloads. It’s not rocket science why great people have left only to be replaced by bald bumps on logs. The company is cheap, no companywide bonuses or 401k matching. Parental leave is a joke and most have kids during their time so they don’t have to work for peanuts. If you don’t brownnose up the chain, prepare to be let go as profitability is the only thing that matters.

Some internal processes and reporting can still be inconsistent, which can require extra time to interpret data. Cross-functional alignment can occasionally lag as the company scales.
