      Very flexible scheduling where management works with your needs, supportive management, overtime available, staff discounts in store, rewarding (ish), some opportunity for advancement for longer term employees if you can deal with the low pay long enough to progress.

      Cons

      Low pay, required weekends, chronically short staffed.
