Pros

Good money if you can hustle and build a book of business. Lots of good people

Cons

Toxic work environment, unprofessional management and unrealistic goals to meet criteria to make commissions. Commission structures change like the weather and each time changes are made, it negatively impacts the employee. Management trash talks employees in front of other employees. Installed salesmen work really hard and get treated like garbage by the head of their division. Asinine requirements for gross profit margins. Churn and burn, wheel and deal, short term sales mentality.

Pros

Trainer and immediate supervisor. Learn a lot.

Cons

Good at first. Newly hired. But after I unfortunately got Covid (mild) I was advised had to be be vaccinated. Got what asked for after I told them I cannot be vaxed now-a Drs note advising I can’t get vaxed for 90 days. Then they told me after I got what they requested-the Drs note- after 2 weeks of training my job at location I applied to was no longer available. Which is a lie. Have proof with e mails showing the lie of position on no longer available. They advised to work at a location I wasn’t hired for. Way too far away. No way. Then I was terminated. They violated my civil rights with an unlawful termination. Extremely unorganized, unprofessional & were very condescending to me. Do not work there/apply there unless you enjoy being spoken to harshly and treated as if you did something wrong by. Lawsuit coming.

Pros

None as of right now. Company has made major changes for the worse.

Cons

Company changed management recently and adopted a “pass the buck mentality”. Takes months to receive commission and when you finally do you have to deal with charge backs and deductions due to errors the sales rep cannot control. In this position you need to be a problem solver bc there is a lack of support when in the field. I’d recommend only joining the company if you have prior sales experience. Overall the company makes promises to their client and employees that they cannot keep.
