      Paid in American money every two weeks without the check bouncing. Most rank and file workers were decent

      Cons

      Mediocre organization with mediocre senior management. "Blame first" culture with demoralized workforce. Strategic long-term thinking practically non-existent.

      It's a job at least.

      Cons

      12 hour shifts, no A/C, plenty of HEAT, no climate control, production management is a joke, CEO is money hungry, raises and bonuses are non-existent. Do not work there.
