Pros
The pros are slim to none. The environment is beautiful as are all the animals.
Cons
The morale is very low. Seasonal staff is treated so poorly even though majority of them return annually. The working conditions are deplorable. Standing in the heat all day or in brutally cold temperatures. Staff are not allowed to sit at anytime except lunch and many of the managers are bullies. All of this for minimum wage.
