      Terribly depressing place to work

      Pros

      Studio location is near a great waterfront, but that's about it.

      Cons

      No studio culture, terrible studio space, terrible treatment of artists, really minimal pay, management don't care about artists or their health.

      Some great people work here

      Cons

      Terrible management, My direct boss was petty, hostile, suspicious,, and lazy. She made my life difficult and terrorized many of my coworkers. She would delegate all of her work and take the credit without acknowledging the person who actually did all the work and sent it to her. Many workers had to confide is each other for support. Several complaints were filed with HR by numerous people. Nothing was ever done. Friends of mine had similar experiences with their own bosses, who would be hostile, uncooperative and vindictive.

      Pros

      -Nice Studio/ Convenient location - Hard working employees (that can motivate you)

      Cons

      -Lots of OT and no pay - starting wage is a lot lower than other companies. - Inconsistencies on moving employees from show to show. Demanding ridiculous tests even though you are qualified for the job. - Was disrespected by a former HR when bringing up a serious issue regarding inappropriate studio behaviors. - Overall a very hostile work environment.
