In my department, work-life balance is prioritized and both coworkers and managers treat everyone with respect. The pay is ok, and my manager is a great leader, always willing to help and very good at managing timelines and tasks. There’s always work to do, but the workload is manageable and never feels overwhelming. my coworkers are great people, treat everyone with respect.

Cons

So far, I don’t see any major cons. The only comment would be that the pay rate may be slightly lower compared to the market.
