Small company feel, with being able to know the boss and be able to talk to anyone at any time about any issue
Cons
Not many chances to move up in company and make more money, trying to get management to review something about job performance can take several weeks at times

Pros
Very clean working environment, safe operations, no "dirty work". Pride in being a Tier 1 Automotive Supplier, with Consumer, Government, Industrial customers.
Cons
Low-ball salaries if you are not Top Management, then you watch them throw good money after bad by hiring top-heavy and watching their talent walk away. Great for a second income job.
