Pros

Friendly employees that really tend to watch out for one another; Good technical support from IT department; good work-life balance

Cons

There are basically two classes of employees at Weston - the haves and the have-nots. Lots of politics to contend with really made things challenging for me. If you do not know how to shmooze the management, you will not go far at Weston. Very questionable ethics in the way their services were marketed.

Pros

I really enjoyed working with the students during my tenure here! I think the programs were geared to create success for the graduates. Once again, I read these reviews and I'm reminded of how many people expect something for nothing. Hard work is what yields results!

Cons

Unfortunately, the entire adult education sector has been targeted by the government and whistleblowers trying to make a big score. Rumors and negativity turned into a self-fulfilling prophecy - nobody wins now that the schools are closed.

Pros

None, zero, no pros at all.

Cons

One of the best days of my life was leaving this job. The fact this company is still in business is amazing. WDL is completely unethical and gross in its business tactics. Upper management if you want to call it that is very secretive and nasty. I would suggest that NOBODY who is sane to work here. You will regret it. Pay and benefits are poor as well.
