Pros
Pretty good benefits, company matches some on the 401K, decent holidays and sick time, pay is okay if you have some education. Yearly raises most of the time.
Cons
Best to hire in as one with a degree. No degree, your chance of promotion is nil. Company prefers to hire outsiders before insiders. Company has polices and procedures but does not follow them. Company has no growth potential anymore. Boring place. No pizzazz at all. Stagnant. Company literally does not care about you.
