      Pros

      The culture at Weskill is incredibly supportive and driven. Leadership genuinely listens to feedback from the sales team, and the collaborative environment makes hitting targets feel like a team win rather than a solo struggle.

      Cons

      Being in a high-growth phase means that internal processes and CRM workflows can change quite frequently. It requires you to be very adaptable and stay on your toes as the company evolves.

      There are no pros! Bad company

      They came to NITs IITs and hire intern, the role is of calling people and sell courses.. Do a btech grad from IIT NIT do these stuff? The basic pay is also conditional, they set some unrealistic target and say if you will meet this then only you will get basic pay. The company has no structure, even the interview was took by intern hr 😅. Never fall in trap of BDE roles of Edtech.
