Pros

You can see some growth.

Cons

1. toxic work life balance. 2. office politics. 3. the ceo and founders are not cooperative but tends to rely on fault finding. 4. the work culture has no ethics. the ceo shares work ethics message like work is above personal relationships . he ships hustle culture. 5. Pretends to be helpful but the board of directors are about politics. 6. has the worst hiring system. 7. tries to get involved in personal life and uses that to backfire on people. the list can go on and on.

Pros

There are absolutely no pros to joining this place. Once you join, you will go through some sort of a "honeymoon" phase where you will feel as if it is the best company because of the freedom they give you with their leave and "out of office structure". Eventually, the reality will kick in and you will do everything you can to be rid of this company. There are many reasons. I have given them in the cons section.

Cons

This organisation has three founders. However, truly there is only one. The said "founder" is a big time womaniser with a large ego. If you don't give into his advances, he will start mistreating you by giving you a hard time at work. They give into random gossip from the first interview they will take for you, form opinions and random thoughts about you and spread them throughout the company EVEN BEFORE YOU JOIN. The main "CEO" is the biggest red flag in the history of red flags. These people will keep you in their good books as long as you're able to suck up to them and serve a purpose (whether that purpose is giving attention to the CEO or actual work) and then kick you to the curb and give you the worst treatment you will ever receive in your life. All the work you do for the organisation will mean nothing since they are purposely trying to make your life hell even after you leave the organisation. For the rest of your career. These people talk about things like "being open to feedback", "being a team player" and "ethics" as if they are made up terms which do not mean anything. Not once have i come across an instance where an employee's feedback to the management has ever been valued. They speak about "ethics" yet do highly questionable things like get fake reviews , delay payments to clients and make an employees' lives hell through rumour spreading, complete image tarnishing and useless work leading to nothing and serving no actual purpose- considering they have no direction and keep changing their work products every few months. More employees have had a terrible experience here than a good one. It is shocking that this organisation is still able to fool people into joining them.
