Pros

The time I spent with my team was the best. My overseeing supervisor cared about his team members, made sure our needs were met. Was serious about our growth, always encouraged us to keep on track and always encouraged us to do something more within the team if we were meeting goals. The turnover within the team is very minimum, those that get in do not want to leave, there’s a reason for that. So if you get in consider yourself lucky! I wouldn’t have left but due to life changes and moving states I had to resign.

Cons

I wish they expanded the ability to work across state lines but understand why they are not open to it yet.

Pros

Salary is competitive along with their benefits package. They’re also involved in community development and gives their employees opportunities to be involved. And the cafeteria is expensive, yet offers a seriously diverse menu.

Cons

The environment is very negative, toxic really. I personally didn’t feel it was healthy for myself. Enough to leave.
