Pros

Free snacks Location is ok, a lot of available parking Free breakfast/lunch every now and then Company does very well financially - seems to be stable on that front

Cons

Where to begin? The office in general is quiet and depressing. For being an open office space that is meant to be a collaborative space, you could hear a pin drop. Probably because no on is allowed to have fun, talk amongst themselves. The majority of the team is micromanaged, down to their log in times on their PCs. They are then questioned with their time, why they didn't produce X amount of work and all this. It's ridiculous. Underpaid - squeezing blood out of a stone to get a decent fair market salary from this place and when you do - you're on the chopping block. Outdated technology God forbid you enjoyed the snacks they provided without being accused of stealing. Which consists of pop-tarts and nutrigrain bars, dum dum lollipops and jolly ranchers. A camera was even installed in the break room to monitor this alleged theft! Theres a wonderful game room! Theres a Wii, a mario kart arcade game, play tables but here's part thats the downer - it's all for show. That is there only for the purpose of enticing new employees. Employees are literally afraid of using that room because they'll be questioned about their productivity. On your first day you will be given no onboarding just a "sink or swim" treatment - "just read the Wiki on it" is just about the only help you'll get. So you're left to your own devices on how to figure out their complicated infrastructure and on 59 they'll drop you without warning because at the same time they throw work at you from all angles and expect you to not only figure out their "process", but to complete the work. There is no winning here. There is no HR. They claim there is by their parent company in PA but this office has no accountability given to their management. This is not how to treat employees with this skill set. Or ANY employee for that matter. I had to wait until I left this company (instead of waiting to be fired) in order to write this review because apparently and ALLEGEDLY (gotta use that) they like to hunt down who wrote the disparaging review so they can tar and feather them. Again, i gotta say ALLEGEDLY. Gossiping in rampant Allegedly there are issues with harassment - but of course theres no HR in the Tampa office to investigate.

Pros

There's enough parking and lunch options around the building

Cons

Management does a terrible job with new people and they seems to like to fire them before benefits kick in...being let go on day 59 is the joke around the office. Some departments are treated better than others but most people are micromanaged.

We are sorry to hear this is how you felt during your time working for us. We are intentional about determining during an employee's first 60 days whether the role is a good fit for both the employee and the company. Evaluating job functions and pay structure is something that we do on a continuous basis at all locations.

Pros

The moment I walked out the door.

Cons

I am an experienced professional with over 20 years in logistic and operations roles and I am advising any other intelligent, professional job seekers to avoid working for this company unless you have no other options. The position I applied for, Logistics Specialist, was later changed after I was hired and I discovered that many of the tasks that were advertised on Indeed were not part of the position I accepted. Not only that, but my title also changed to Stock Order Coordinator (3 days later I see they have posted falsely again). When I asked my hiring manager why this took place, he advised me "we change the title to make it more appealing to those external candidates who apply". After coming on board I was subjected to their grade school level training program where myself, and the others in my training group, were constantly spoken to as if we were children incapable of making our own decisions. The "trainers" exuded camp counselor like attitudes and consistently gave you the impress that you were simple-minded and beneath them. As a professional and as an adult I do not believe I have ever been treated more shabbily or rudely as an employee. Current employees at this office barely speak and the impression I was left with was one of a call center like environment where everyone is afraid of losing their jobs or getting noticed. The negative reviews from other employees, even at other locations, is not false or over dramatized. Read those reviews and you will have a perfect understanding of the type of culture and mentality you will be dealing with if you decide to work for this company. I have never been more embarrassed and disgusted for a group of people than those who currently oversee the Tampa office. You have no shame or morals.
