      Pros

      Get your wife, brother, sister and cousins too hired here easily. Skills and talent is given zero importance, one can easily survive here for 5 years.

      Doesnt pay salary No official offer letter Nevers pays to agencies after outsoucing work this agency futher hires an agency to get the work done of their clients Uses unprofessional ways in meeting clients requirements. Not even single client happy. No recurring clients

      Pros

      Hardly any pros of working here, all you get to witness is a biased community of heads who are all related to each-other somehow, you neither get a good pay nor the basic respect as an employee. They only and only talk big words but the actions are completely opposite. Only people they care about is their family members. You need to first try and please the heads to grow in here as your talent is hardly considered.

      Cons

      Internal politics like nowhere, not employee-centric at all, their only focus is in organising stupid little team-building events so they can click pictures and represent themselves as an employee centric company but that’s hardly true. Messed up management, no streamlined process for anything. There is no professional policy making system, they change policies as per their mood and profit. If you wish to grow in your career, do not ever join this company!
