In my experience, this is the worst company in Mohali. I would strongly advise anyone reading this review to think at least three times before joining. The boss, Mr. Rajender Kashyap, is completely non-technical and lacks any knowledge about coding, yet he still argues about technical matters. He forces employees to stay after 7 p.m. without offering extra pay. Shockingly, some employees still stay late without compensation because he hires people who won’t speak up against him. Even the sales team lacks technical knowledge; they don’t even know how to communicate with clients properly and rely on developers to draft messages for them. Their main job seems to be just copy-pasting. If you’re willing to take the risk of joining this company, be prepared for the worst experience of your career. Both the boss and his wife, Mrs. Nisha Vashisht, play mind games to mentally exhaust their employees. Mrs. Vashisht, who also manages projects, doesn’t even discuss Shopify project requirements before starting. When issues arise, they blame the developer, claiming the client isn’t satisfied and demanding refunds. It’s absurd. They treat employees as if they’re clueless. If you try to leave on time according to the company's hours, the boss pressures you to stay longer. The working environment is incredibly unhealthy, and employees constantly talk behind your back. Despite this, they’re some of the most shameless people I’ve ever encountered.
