Pros
Weavers are great employers and a Tulsa landmark. The lab serves a very special population Tulsa Drug Court. These 700+ clients can be very hostile and demanding. The Weavers implemented a program where every employee was required to have a personal goal that could be stated in writing and visible to all. I am gifted with writing skills that I have had since I made my first sale at the age of eleven years old, the creative manuscript was 4 lines of greeting card verse that they paid me one ($1.00) a line. I have never experienced a blank mind when it comes to putting words on paper. In News Writing classes in college we were only allowed to have typewriters (before laptops) on our desk during class. Henceforth, back to Weaver Lab goals program for employees. I made my first goal to finish my Associate degree and in one year I was awarded and Associate in Arts in Business, I went on for two more years to earn my Bachelor of Arts in Journalism an Mass Communications (double major). I earn my Associate degree with Cum Laude Honors. I am continuing to write and I will forever thank the Weavers for motivating me to finish my education, I have a birthday in June of 2020 where I will be a healthy 79 years old. The Weavers are a religious couple, so I ask all who read this to pray with me.
