The residents are fun and at the end of the shift it is nice to clear and set tables by yourself.
Cons
Management does not provide the things we need (clean aprons, clean rags, proper training, enough silverware, hot pads for carrying dishes) and we often were expected to work past our assigned shift and there was social pressure not to take required breaks. Not enough employees for the workload.
