Pros

Great idea. Good people for the most part.

Cons

Sweatshop. Serious integrity issues. Your linkedin profile will be hijacked. You will be told what to post and when to post it. You will even be forced to write positive reviews on glassdoor! CEO could care less about the welfare of his team. They will tell you whatever you need to hear. We've been lying to people for so long that I think we are beginning to believe it.

Pros

They have a nice service and good ideas. Fintech is a hot industry and they have good traction.

Cons

- They know what technical and management problems they need to fix, but then refuse to change anything. - If you do what they ask, they're mad you didn't do more. If you do more, they're mad you didn't do what you were told. Micromanaged into a corner. - They create obvious conflicts among their employees, even in front of clients, for no reason. Very unprofessional experience.
