Pros
Fantastic group of employees on the middle and junior level who are aspirational and determined. Still early days so there is lots of opportunity to build.
Cons
High leadership turnover which is poorly communicated. Decisions made by a select few with limited awareness of what is happening below them. No desire to understand either. Job security feels under threat (and at the whim of a few leaders). Lack of care around career or even of the employee as a person is bad. Diversity and Inclusion are virtually non existent and there is no desire for that to change. Expectation to work until you burn out with no thank you.
