      Pros

      Very compassionate company ,very easy to work for and be loyal to. Management is very experienced and can (at times) provide excellent support.

      Cons

      Too slow to change, adapt and modernise. The changes that do happen appear in fits and starts and seem more reactive to markets and competitors rather than leading the way
