Little advancement opportunities beyond community manager Low pay Difficult to get time off approved Inflexible schedule + not standard business week Expected to stay late if residents require it but strict about 0 overtime

Pros

30% discount on rent if you live at one of their selected apartments or if they make an exception for you to receive the discount (if you already live in one of their apartments).

Cons

This company does not show care for their employees, they do not show respect for other people’s time, they do not provide all the tools necessary for you to perform all of your duties, they will have you drive a full day to multiple competitors to learn from them at your own gas expense, they try to have you use your personal social media to promote their business, not all managers are qualified for their position therefore you may find yourself in a stressful working environment with a manager that doesn’t know how to properly address the situations and the list goes on… Overall I do not recommend this company to work for.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. Our goal as an organization is to create exceptional experiences, and we are sorry that you haven’t had that. We take it as a great compliment that our employees want to live at our communities, and have made changes to our rent discount program to allow more employees to enjoy this benefit. One of the many things that we strive for at Wasatch is to promote from within. However, with this philosophy it also means that some of our managers don’t have previous management experience. We work diligently to provide them with the training needed to be successful in their role and understand that everyone has room for personal and professional growth. Our goal is to ensure that our employees have all of the tools necessary to be successful in their roles. We also reimburse employees for any out of pocket work related expenses. Rent discount, Friendly environment, Some benefits are good.

Cons

Over worked, To high of expectations, Rude Property Managers. Not being paid what the company see as "income requirement" you wouldn't qualify to live at their properties.
