      Family-owned company, managers know employees and make an effort to know them well, upfront communication, a happy place to work with good people!

      A large workload, but to be expected (you are there to work), and some communication challenges between departments

      Some of the warehouse employees were good people.

      Cons

      Everything. Bad/harsh management, lack of any kind of care for employees in all aspects. The turnover was intense and almost on a weekly basis. I was astounded at those who were able to stay as long as some of them claimed to have been there.
