      A Place to Grow your Career

      Pros

      Anyone who wants to advance can find a path to grow. As long as you put the work in and take initiative, your leaders will help you get there.

      Cons

      Days can get long if deadlines start to stack. However some planning ahead and discussion with leaders can alleviate this.

      Great culture and exposure to project types

      Pros

      Ware Malcomb's culture and atmosphere is positive and encouraging. The focus is always on how to resolve any issue that may arise rather than to dwell on how or why the issue came up. With a wide range of project types, I have been exposed to a larger variety of projects at my time at Ware Malcomb than at all my previous firms combined.

      Would like to have HSA benefit option
