Pros

Very good work life balance Has good health, reimbursements benefits Free breakfast, lunch and dinner

Cons

Too dependent on US leadership for taking critical calls. Very slow process. A medium length feature takes good 6-8 months to roll out. Lack of AI experimentation

Pros

Great pay, better people. Lots of red tape but that makes sense at the enterprise level. Collaboration was fun and encouraged. UX team truly felt like a family. Big machine with all the UX tools you need to be successful.

Cons

Product team isn't the best so UX had to do a lot of hand holding. You have to keep documentation of everything in case someone tries to throw you under the bus. Getting let go at a moments notice was pretty brutal lol.
