      Stable Predictable Impact multiplying: small changes in codebase, large impact in real world, because of the enormous size of the company

      Cons

      Predictable Bureaucracy Requirements for RTO The vertical hierarchies and horizontal function teams within the companies are well-established, inevitably leading to silos and miscommunications. Mediocrity prevails in this company, which could be a good thing if you are looking to coast, but I do view this as a con.
