Profit over people is their actual motto. No support from upper management. Terrible medical and dental insurance that is overly expensive. If you’re coming from an acquisition, do not let them fool you. It’s terrible, nothing will go right, they expect it to go terribly, don’t care how it effects the employees and set you up for failure but expect you to figure out how to make it work anyways.
