      Big Firm... Like steering a tanker.

      Pros

      Big firm means stability when the economy gets rocky. It means resources might be able for bigger projects. Made up of smaller offices, so you do get to know your day to day co-workers.

      Cons

      Big firm means politics, slow change, and a long long long climb to the top (if you are even invited). Traditional path may not fit all employees. Very very male centric.

      Pros

      The people at Widseth are what make the company. Co-workers are awesome and team oriented. Year end bonuses are nice!! Lots of advancement opportunities too.

      Cons

      I wish there were more office location options in cities where I would like to relocate.

      Pros

      - High caliber of talent within WSN internal team (former Big 4, Goldman Sachs, Citibank, Credit Suisse, etc.) - Great flexibility (remote working) - Great company culture and team bonding - Compensation is aligned with role and incentive structure for higher performance Previously worked as a consultant for WSN for many years and also truly enjoyed that work. Now that I'm working internally it's great to see how hard the team works to get talent placed at client sites and work to get them fairly compensated at these client sites. Diverse talent both within internal core team and with consultants.

      No Cons and enjoying the work thus far.
