      No micro-management, a lot of independence and trust to get the job done. Flexible, easy to communicate with. The work we do is hard and corporate understands that. Great benefits

      It's difficult to come up with pros that aren't the basics of any job

      The biggest con is that they don't treat their managers like humans. It's all about the bottom line.
