Toxic culture with poor leadership and favoritism

Pros

There are no pros. Totally a waste of time. Terrible leadership. Terrible management. Hiring is ridiculous—full of nepotism and relatives. No diversity. The company’s payroll is handled by Adecco, which is the shoddiest payroll provider I’ve ever seen. An employee from SPS who was converted to full-time still hasn’t had their FNF settled even after one year. The company also shows a loss in December to avoid giving appraisals. Favoritism can also be seen in the appraisal process.

Cons

People have to stand in a queue for nearly 45 minutes almost every day to get the evening food provided by the company. The evening snacks sometimes smell rotten. No one seems to care about quality standards or attention to detail. Things are done just to showcase the company’s name and market the brand. Good standards seem to be applied only in the Singapore and Erlangen offices. People who joined from Capgemini or other service companies have ruined the company culture. Teams in India are more focused on promoting a daily-wage-worker culture.
