- Very micro-managey, and only getting worse.
- Pay is no where near market value, got a rise last year that was the 'one big market adjustment', that only brought us level with another company that was acquired by WPE.
- Support are walked over, even though it's the majority of the workforce, and one of the main reasons why customers stay.
- Very poor work life balance.
- Upper management are clueless.
- Used to have amazing benefits and perks. But most if not all non-industry standard have been taken away.
- Getting in too many inexperienced contractors, that is causing a severe bottleneck in staff and any progression.
- Often mislead or misinformed by management.
