      Pros

      Workerbase is a great place to work! There’s a lot of room to grow and the work culture is very positive. You’re given a lot of independence to manage your tasks, and the environment is healthy and supportive. It’s a company where you can feel comfortable and motivated to do your best :)

      You need to be responsible and work independently since no one will be chasing after you to get things done

      free pasta at lunch break but cook for yourself and the boss

      leadership, no sense of growth, work load, terrible mentorship, rude owners
