Recent changes in management has employees morale decrease significantly. Laying off people and hiring for same position in couple months is not same as "your position has been eliminated due to slow sales"
Management decisions are based only on the next quarters numbers, don't care about employee or customer commitments, upper management is only concerned about getting their bonuses for the next quarters profit.
