If you need supplies and/or software please contact the office manager and she can get you whatever you need. As a non-profit, we generally order supplies as needed, to conserve space and be financially responsible.
If you observe any misconduct in the workplace, or discrepancies in policy enforcement, please contact HR immediately. We want to ensure that company policies are followed for a fair and professional work environment.
WES has a robust compensation program inclusive of annual increases and bonus. Please inform HR if you have not received your annual increase during your employment at WES.
If you need flexibility in your schedule, please speak with your supervisor. We try to be as accommodating as possible, but as with any organization, business needs must be taken into account.
We want you to have good employment experience at WES, and your issues can be resolved, so please reach out to your HR Manager.
