      Pros

      Good salary and commission, beautiful location.

      Cons

      Horrible product, no niche market, awful management (except the owners, they were ok - which blew my mind as to how they could hire such... people). You are treated like a number, which is driven into you in the most repetitive form EVER. Plan to be on the phones and monitored all day long - even though they tell you that isn't the case. Turnover rate is astounding, you will be embarrassed to put this on your resume.
