Pros

There are tons of activities, happy hour on friday, flexible hours (as long as you catch up to them during the week), great people to work with, you feel like a person, not a number. A good place to start in the web industry.

Cons

Some clients are very demanding and it can be stressful at times, what we have to deal with is too often un-noticed.

Pros

Amazing projects to work on. Team is capable and dedicated. There is a culture around success but also growth, training and development. Management takes an interest in the employee's lives, their concerns, desires and aspirations. There is an opportunity to work on diverse and motivating projects. Great company events. Office is unique and stunning. Many opportunities to attend conferences, trade shows, seminaras, etc.

Cons

Communication between sales and operations could be improved.

Pros

Good location, right next to the Marché Jean-Talon. Nice roof terrace. The company is open to hiring people with little work experience.

Cons

- Quality is almost nonexistent. All that matters is to launch a lot of crappy websites, fast. - The sales department often lies and makes unrealistic promises to clients. - The language used is oudated (Coldfusion), and there is no willingness to improve. - Many managers have been in place forever and refuse to modernize their practices. - Project managers are expected to manage over 20 clients in parallel and do a lot of overtime on a weekly basis. - Employees are regularly thrown under the bus so higher management can save face in front of clients. - Senior maganement frequently sends threats and agressive emails to employees outside of business hours. - Employees are often seen leaving the office in tears after meeting with senior management.
