      Interesting market niche, good engineers

      Cons

      I would not recommend that anyone work here. The engineering team is good, but the management team could not be worse. In particular, they enjoy firing people...I spent over a year there and could not believe how many people they brought on and fired on a whim. They hired a number of sales and marketing staff, for example, only to fire them in short order...and the CEO enjoys doing it. Plus he has no tolerance for any view other than his own, and he is riddled with control issues.

      Amazing culture! vibrant dynamic team with high energy. Open and respectful communication, can-do attitude with strong sense of comradery. Cutting edge technology!

      Pros

      - Positive, close-knit culture - Very interesting business focus - Good work-life balance - Competitive salary - Good support/mentoring from leadership - Great benefits - Free weekly lunches (a nice, fun little perk!) - Relaxed, flexible atmosphere

      Cons

      As a start-up, the nature of our work is constantly evolving. While I consider this more of a pro, an individual who prefers a static professional focus may not adapt well to the methodology.
