We continue to look at the ways in which we work and try to balance office attendance with the ability to work remotely to support staff to achieve a balance between work and family life. We will continue to listen to our teams on how we can continue to support in this area. All members of the SLT and the Board have an “open door” policy, and our core focus is supporting our teams and the wider business, so we are sorry to hear that you feel that you did not get that level of support. This will be something we continue to work on. We benchmark salaries in line with the market as it is important to us that we remain competitive whilst balancing the books.
