Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback. We continue to look at the ways in which we work and try to balance office attendance with the ability to work remotely to support staff to achieve a balance between work and family life. We will continue to listen to our teams on how we can continue to support in this area.
All members of the SLT and the Board have an “open door” policy, and our core focus is supporting our teams and the wider business, so we are sorry to hear that you feel that you did not get that level of support. This will be something we continue to work on. We benchmark salaries in line with the market as it is important to us that we remain competitive whilst balancing the books.
Salary was OKish. Some decent people and a few areas where things seem to work OK such as the finance team and purchasing who seemed to be on the ball.
Cons
On paper they look good but the reality is the capabilities do not match the boasts. Management team is dreadful and inter departmental politics is hideous. Everyone I worked with has left and has nothing positive to say about the place.
