This review is for the Vix USA office in Seattle - The new GM is an elitist that will not talk with you unless you are at "his level". His main goal is to strip away employee benefits under the guise of saving a buck but in reality he does not care for any of the employees, only himself. He believes everyone likes him and thinks so highly of him but not only is he strongly disliked by employees but also the customers. It has been a revolving door of employees leaving over the past year for better opportunities. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this company. If you want to make a difference in the fare collection industry go to Init or Cubic.

Vix somehow has avoided being sued by all of our US customers. The ORCA system in Seattle is by far the best run system, but we're in breach in every way. The UTA system in Utah is in shambles, and we literally completely reversed on the most critical components of the Dallas Area Rapid Transit contract. Doing business with Vix is a bad idea, but more importantly, trusting your career to such an inept company is a bad idea. There's a term around the office: "We Vixed it", meaning we yet again caused an incredibly preventable issue for literally millions of people.
