Progressive and fun place to be

Pros

- The organisation is continuously working hard to improve and expand which is a big positive. - They are always open to new ideas and suggestions and take them on board. - Lovely staff across the company who I really enjoyed working with. - You can tell that Vivactive value their staff and the hard work that is put in by their monthly award nominations. - MD would recap each week with each teams achievements and ongoing project progress and then communicate this to everyone which made me feel like I was seen and appreciated. It also made me feel like I'm in a larger collaborative team. - Morale was good, everyone seemed motivated and passionate about what they do. Genuinely so many more pros I could include here as it really was a fantastic place to be and I would recommend it to anybody thinking about working here.

Cons

- I think increased optional hybrid working would be beneficial or flexi-time.

Pros

Having your birthday off, good allocation of annual leave

Cons

The atmosphere is very toxic. There is no progress in this department as the team is too small so sadly you will not progress any further than your current role.
